Classroom Friendship Program

The Classroom Friendship Program aim is to teach students how to make a friend, be a friend and express kindness to others. It gives every child the awareness that they can also be part of the class and not always feel that they are standing out. The program is used as part of the school’s regular curriculum, running as a 12-week, half hour per week program, done with the classroom teacher. It includes teachers’ guides, individual student books, creative activities and more.

There is a format option of:

• Girls and boys
• Yiddish and English language
• Ages 4-6 years and 7-11 years
